Privacy Policy
Here’s the plain-English version of how Hey Mom handles your information. Short answer: we don’t collect much, and we never sell any of it.
Analytics
When analytics are enabled, we use Google Analytics to see anonymous, aggregate numbers — which recipes get read, roughly where visitors come from, and what devices they use. It tells us that someone read the butter noodles post, never who. We use it to figure out what to cook up next.
Advertising pixels
We use Meta (Facebook) advertising pixels to measure how well our ads work. The pixel that loads is selected based on your general region (for example US, UK, or Australia), so we can see which regions our ads reach. These pixels may set cookies and share standard browsing signals with Meta; you can learn more or adjust your preferences in your Facebook ad settings.
Affiliate links
Some posts contain affiliate links. If you buy something through one of them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We only link products we actually use in our own kitchens.
Partnership content
If a post is created in partnership with a brand, we say so clearly in the post itself. Sponsored or partner content is always labeled — no sneaky stuff.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal data. Ever. We don’t run mailing lists that harvest your address, and we don’t share anything that could identify you personally.
Questions?
If you’d like to get in touch about privacy (or anything else), head over to the About page — we’d love to hear from you.
